Getting started
What is a blueprint?
Your home-buying plan: what you can afford in each town with its real taxes, insurance and fees, what you need saved, and the next decisions to make. It's also the brief your agent, lender and title pro get when you choose to share it.
Is it really free?
Yes, for buyers, start to finish. There's no password: you sign in with a link we email you.
Do you check my credit?
No. We never run a credit check. A lender will when you choose to get pre-approved, and your blueprint helps you compare lenders before that.
Do I need an agent first?
No. Build your plan first and choose an agent when you're ready. You can swap any pro on your team at any time.
Where does it work?
Sarasota and Manatee counties today, from Parrish and Lakewood Ranch to Venice, North Port and the islands.
Your information
Who sees my information?
Only you, until you ask a pro to reach out. Then that pro sees your blueprint brief. Pros only ever see counts, never names, of buyers who considered them.
Where can I read the details?
In our privacy policy and cookie policy. You can change your privacy settings any time from the footer.
Pros and the data
How does the site make money?
Buyers never pay. We plan to offer local pros optional paid tools, like profile reviews. No one can pay to rank higher, or to see a buyer who hasn't asked to hear from them.
How are agents ranked?
By how well each pro's checked record and profile fit your blueprint. No pro or company can pay to rank higher.
Where do the numbers come from?
Sales come from the Sarasota and Manatee county property appraisers' public records. Mortgage rates come from Freddie Mac's weekly survey. Down payment programs are checked against official sources every month. Each page names its sources.
